Our kitchen projects usually begin by deciding how far to open the space to the dining and living areas — which is a structural and permit question as much as a design one — and by checking electrical capacity before anyone falls in love with an induction range.
From there the work is deliberate: a measured layout with proper clearances, cabinetry chosen for the room rather than the showroom, countertops and backsplash specified by slab, lighting layered for cooking and for evenings, and plumbing and electrical routed for the new plan. Every item is priced in a written estimate you approve before demolition. Permits are pulled under our license with LADBS or your city, and we schedule the inspections.
