We do this work because of what happens after the last inspection. A wall moves and a household finally eats together. A garage becomes a suite and a grandparent moves in close instead of far away. Most of what we build is about shared and multi-generational living — homes that have to hold more than one generation comfortably, privately, and for a long time.

A licensed qualifier on every project
California requires every licensed contracting company to name a qualifying individual who is personally responsible for the work performed under the license. Ours is Douglas Passarelli, the responsible managing officer on CSLB license #1155602 (B – General Building). His name, and the license’s bond and insurance status, are on the public CSLB record.
Day to day, a dedicated project coordinator runs your schedule, trades and inspections and is your single point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. The crews who build our kitchens, ADUs and roofs are specialists we work with project after project — not whoever is available that week.
