Beverly Hills roofs are architecturally varied and rarely simple. The Flats are dominated by Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean and traditional houses with clay tile, slate-profile roofs and complex multi-plane geometry. Trousdale Estates is mid-century modern with broad flat and low-slope roofs, wide overhangs and parapet details.
